I use only the finest Belgian chocolate couvetures and natural flavourings, where I can I source ingredients from local suppliers. Everything is baked from scratch; ganaches, truffles and marzipans. Cake decorations are handmade in chocolate or fondant and are completely edible.

Looking at ordering some cookies for my cookie buffet for my wedding. What flavour cookies do you make?
Hi Hollie, I can make most any flavour but the most popular flavours are vanilla, gingerbread, chocolate, coconut, almond, peanut butter and GF chocolate. These are all suitable for icing. If you prefer un-iced cookies I have lots more flavours available. Just let me know. Cheers Bernice
